I will bridge the gap between functional medicine and clinical nutrition, for clients with imbalances beyond the reach of diet and exercise alone. Whether you are suffering from anxiety, depression, fatigue, poor gut motility, bloating, cramping, indigestion, food allergies, IBD, autoimmune conditions, arthritis, chronic yeast/bacteria infections, joint pain or any other digestive issues, I can help you address these by getting to the root cause of your health concerns. I will complete a full diet, health and lifestyle assessment where I will review your symptoms, physiology, goals and health history where a customised plan will be created for you. Discussions whether testing is required and blood work analysis. If you have been to see a doctor or specialist for years and there has been no change in your gut health issues, then I would recommend starting here.
Follow Up Consultation – 45 minutes

This will include a thorough review of the progress to date, usually involving altering the diet and supplement plans again to progress the client through the heath journey. As time goes restrictions ease till a return to healthy normal eating and little dependence on supplements is achieved.
Supplement Consultation – 20 minutes (Via Phone)

This 25 minute phone consultation enables me to provide practitioner grade supplements to those who would like to gain access to superior grade supplements. This can also be a great time for those suffering from acute conditions like stress or illnesses that would like a wellness supplement protocol to assist with their condition.
Functional Test Results & Interpretation – 45minutes

This 45 min session is where results and interpretation of your functional test is completed with a comprehensive treatment and supplement protocol. Basic dietary recommendations may be included.
